The Practice Behind the Practice
My creativity is fueled by a continuous cycle of reading, learning, researching, and building. I seek out new ideas, deepen my understanding of emerging technologies and human behavior, investigate questions worth exploring, and bring concepts to life through experimentation and making. These practices shape how I approach design–with curiosity, rigor, and a constant desire to grow.
I read to broaden the way I think about people, technology, and the systems that connect them. Beyond design, I'm drawn to topics like psychology, business, emerging technology, and creativity–often finding that the most useful insights come from outside the design discipline itself.
Technology is evolving quickly, and I enjoy staying curious about what's changing and why it matters. Whether exploring AI, product strategy, accessibility, or new tools, learning helps me adapt my practice while continuing to grow as a designer and problem solver.
I'm fascinated by how technology shapes human behavior and how people adapt to new experiences. I regularly explore topics such as AI, human-computer interaction, digital wellbeing, and the future of work to better understand the opportunities and challenges ahead.
Some ideas only make sense once they're made tangible. Building prototypes, experimenting with new tools, and creating side projects allows me to test assumptions, learn through making, and explore possibilities beyond the constraints of day-to-day project work.
